EVENTS!!

Where to start?? This picture looks like Abbie was hurt or something. Well, buyer beware! Abbie was not hurt at all, that is actually that long-lasting lipstick; The stuff that is supposed to last 12 hours. Well, it doesn't last very long on your lips, but it sure lasts a long time if you put it on your skin. She did it once and it lasted two weeks. Luckily, the second time it only lasted a few days. Seriously, it doesn't come off skin. I used soap and stuff but I had to be careful since it was around her eye. She gets into my purse and puts it on like mascara. So, I am keeping my purse away from her. The few times I leave it where she can get into it--- she does!

We went to castle park for the girl's friend, Ava's, birthday. The reason I posted this picture even though she isn't looking at the camera is because if you look at her arm you will notice tatoos all down her arm. The story behind that is that for her valentines that she gave to her class were Tinkerbell ones that came with tatoos. After Valentines day, I put all the extras away. Well, she found them and put all of the leftover tatoos up her arm. It was funny because at the park she started playing with a little girl that said to her, " That is very bad! You shouldn't do that because your body is a Temple!" It was so cute, I guess we haven't taught Kaylee that yet, but she knows now. Here are a few more pics of the park.

Abbie and Ava are like best friends! Me and Ava's mom, Jessica, need to get them together more often. We always talk about it, but don't follow through very well. So I was glad she invited us!
I posted this one because in the background you can see the castle! It's a really fun park!

And last night, we finally did Family Home Evening activity since Jon finished his classes and didn't have class last night. We went to the Junction in Ogden and went to Fat Cats. We played the Glow in the Dark mini Golf and did some arcades then we went to The Pizza Factory for dinner.

Their breadtwists are so good! And they serve them so cute in the little vases. We don't get out much, so anyone who reads this has probably been there before, but it was really good. Abbie kept trying to feed me. It was fun!
Finally, I had a huge breakthrough as far as my medical crap goes. My oral surgeon said something was still wrong, so he sent me to a different ENT who diagnosed me with neuralgia. Here is a link on exactly what it is. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trigeminal_neuralgia. I currently have another ear infection, so he is treating that first, and once that is taken care of, he will treat the neuralgia with medication to stop the spasms. It is amazing that I go so long-- 9 months-- with the same pain and problem, and it took this guy 2 minutes to figure it out. I just can't wait to start the treatment. It will feel amazing to have the pain gone!!

Family Fun!!

This year we had planned a big trip to California in May. We booked our hotels and everything, but then because of the economy and because of the fact that we want to put it towards a house even though we aren't buying one for a while, we decided to put off the California trip until Jon and I are completely done with school in a couple years. But, because we had told Kaylee we were going to Disneyland and still wanted to do something fun this summer, we bought season passes to Lagoon. Suprisingly, the girls love it. We went the first two Saturdays it was open, so it was way cold, but nobody was there, so way fun because the girls didn't have to wait in any lines.

Abbie squealed and giggled on every single ride. Then she said, "this is fun!!" and "I wan mo rides!"
So even though I am extremely dissappointed that we didn't get to go to Disneyland..... the girls are just as satisfied going to Lagoon and it is worth it to see them so excited and happy and they don't know the difference!

Already..... at 4??

Yesterday Kaylee didn't have school because it is Spring Break. So, I took the girls to the library and then to McDonalds. They loved the library, they just sat and looked at the books together and had fun. They are best friends. As we were driving to McDonalds I told Kaylee that we didn't have a lot of time at McDonalds because we had to go to dance class. She said, "I don't want to go to dance today, mom." I was thinking, "she just wants to spend more time at McDonalds..." so I asked her, "Is it because you want to stay at McDonalds longer..." and her reply was, "No, I don't want to go to dance class because there aren't any boys in my class, and there will probably be boys at McDonalds." Can I remind you that she is four! She wont even be five until November........ and sixteen for twelve more years..........Oh boy........ maybe she does need brothers after all....
