We have a day!!

The surgery will be on February 4th. I feel kind of bad. When I had to have my gallbladder removed it was February 11th, two days after Jons birthday. But I was so sick prior to surgery that I couldn't even get off the couch. Now, this one is five days before his birthday, and I am going to be in so much pain that I can't get off the couch or eat. So two out of five of his birthdays--- sorry hon! Also, so far that makes it two for two of having surgery after having a child. Even if its been a few years since I had Abbie-- it is still two for two, and so I have decided that I am done having kids (not really). By the way, if you didn't read my post before this that will explain why I am having surgery. Have a good day everyone!!!
P.S. It might sound like I am a little happy to be having surgery--- well I am. I have been really sick since July--- it's time something is done. Even if it's totally awful- at least I wont be sick anymore once I recover (I don't know how long recovery takes either... he is going to talk to me all about it the week before.)

Holly, that sucks that you've had some many complications. I hope this surgery fixes everything and that you feel 100% better!
If it makes you feel better, I totally spaced C's birthday last year. I still feel like a jerk.
p.s. Feb 4th is C's birthday. Now, I'll remember when you're surgery is.
Do you need any help?

so sorry this has been such an ordeal for you! hopefully, the surgery will be as successful as it's supposed to - and you'll have a great recovery!
my sis-in-law had something similar done, although, she DID have her jaw wired shut!
i'd bring your girls up for a day, if i wasn't nine months preg then! i'd still be happy to drop off a meal if you need it...keep in touch!

Well at least you are getting it over and done with. That is good news, then you can heal and move on from everything. Good luck with it all!

Oh my goodness Holly! I am so sorry. I really hope that it will help you feel better. Do you need anything? Can I take your kids or something? I just can't even imagine. Is this why you had to quit school?
