Anniversary!

On Saturday was our 6th anniversary. Jon planned the whole day for us, I was not involved in the planning in any way. He would not tell me anything, I tried to get him to, but he refused to say anything.
So it started out with us waking up at like 5 AM. We got ready, then headed to Doug and Emmys in Layton for breakfast. The food was really good, but it is such an old and dirty place, so it is difficult to sit there and eat. Anyway, we finished eating, and then we were catching the frontrunner to head down to SLC, which was a good idea because the roads were terrible and we ride frontrunner for free. Anyway, I decided since we were going to be on frontrunner, then I better run to the bathroom really quick before we left, and I walked in and the smell was horrid! I was just thinking that I would hurry really fast, but the smell got to me and I threw up all my breakfast. I've only had morning sickness twice this pregnancy, so to throw up was terrible!
Well after that, we had some time until frontrunner came, so we ran to Maverik and got some Hostess donuts and hot chocolate because I needed some food in my stomach.
So we caught frontrunner and headed to SLC, and then we headed to the Joseph Smith building and watched the Joseph Smith movie. Not a good idea when you are pregnant and emotional. I bawled through the whole thing.
After the movie, we went and walked around gateway for a few hours, then went to see New Moon. I loved that movie! It was so good!!!!!
After that we walked around gateway more, then went to the planetarium and watched Under The Sea 3D. It was a cool movie, but I was so tired and slept through most of it.
We then had dinner reservations at Biaggi's. OH MY GOODNESS that food was AMAZING!!!!!! I got the fettucini with lobster, and I have never tasted anything more divine. It wasn't even very expensive either. I told Jon we totally have to go back because that food was soooo good! We spent hours at the restaurant just talking, because we didn't want to carry any leftovers around, so we would eat a few bites and talk, then eat some more etc.
After dinner, we went to Temple Square and walked around. We didn't spend too much time there because we were so tired! So then we caught frontrunner and headed home. We rented a movie from redbox, but we both fell asleep within minutes.
Then we woke up, got ready, and headed back down to Salt Lake for the Tabernacle music and the spoken word and Christmas concert. It was such a good program!! And President Monson was there, and at the end he got up and talked to Natalie Cole and David McCullogh and it was awesome! So, our anniversary was nice. Even though we watched a ton of movies, it was nice to have a break from our kids. I needed it!!!
By the way, we carried our camera around all day, but didn't take a single picture! We're dorks.
So, I could go on and ramble about how great my husband is, and how great it is to be married, but, I don't want to. I love Jon and that is all I need to say.
I also forgot, a few days before, we found out that we are having a boy. Jon is so excited, and I am soo nervous! I guess it is still possible it could be a girl, but those "parts" were pretty distinct.

A boy oh Holly that is wonderful, they are so much fun! Though I feel the same way having a girl excited but a little nervous being so out of my element. Just think of the two little mommies you will have with your girls and there baby brother.

Happy anniversary sounds like a great one, you can never watch too many movies in my opinion, sounds perfect!

How romantic! Happy Anniversary!

Did you Sill's is moving over to the old Pizza Hut on Gentile?

I always liked Sill's better than Doug & Emmy's. Takes me back to sluffing in high school and going to breakfast.
